    TROJ_DLOADER.ACA (2) C:\program files\common files\windows\mc-62-602-00

    TROJ_SHORTY.A (1) C:\program files\common files\windows\services32.exe

  • Erik

Did it remove them :? Did you get the option to check or uncheck a box, the scan should be performed with automatic removal ON.

Otherwise perform the scan again and this time make sure to choose the right option :-)

  • Erik

    Open Notepad

Copy and paste the bold text below into the notepad box.

    REGEDIT4

    “DNS” = -

    “DisableRegistryTools” = -

    “GlobalUserOffline” = -

Save as “fixreg.reg”, INCLUDING the “” marks, to the desktop.

Doubleclick fixreg.reg and answer with YES to add this to the registry.

    Download killbox: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/spyware/KillBox.zip

    Unzip it to the desktop

    doubleclick the icon.

    Check “delete on reboot”"

    Copy the following text:

    C:\program files\common files\inetget\mc-62-602-0000

    C:\program files\common files\windows\mc-62-602-00

    C:\program files\common files\windows\services32.exe

Go back to Killbox, click File>paste from clipboard

Click on the red X'ed button.

    Reboot

Post a fresh HJT log please

  • Peter

Ik zit even mee te lezen, maar toch doe je het goed hoor Erik. Complimenten! :-)

  • Scott

I tried to clean the infections and it said….. removal of infection failed! housecall was unable to either clean or delete an infection from your system… all 3 of them failed

ill try that next post now
